4. Proposal of Project including Audit Budget by MACC CERT
5. Certification Agreement between MACC CERT & Client
6. Preliminary Audit
7. Onsite Assessment
8. Consultation with Client
9. Risk Assessment
10. Type & Plan of Audit
11. Actual Audit on spot
12. Draft Report
13. Non-Conformities
14. Corrective Steps
15. Final Audit Report
16. Evaluation of Audit Report
17. Refusing Certification
18. Certification Decision
19. Appeal if any
20. Complaint if any
21. Granting of Certificate
22. Validity Period
23. Re-Certification
24. Certification transference
25. Maintaining/ extending/ reducing Scope of Certification
26. Approval of Label & MACC CERT’s control over use of label
27. Preventive & corrective action before sanction
28. Sanctions (Suspension/ Withdrawal/ Cancellation of Certificate)
29. Grant of license & control of MACC CERT to use of Certification Mark
30. Change of Client’s location/ ownership/ name of Client
